We recommend viewing our Airbnb calendar for availability.
If your dates are available you can book directly with us and save on AirBnb fees or book directly through Airbnb if you're more comfortable with that.
If you choose to book directly through us you will pay the nightly rate, $499 - $524 depending on season, $150 house cleaning fee, a $50 vs $300+ booking fee and 10.5% tax paid to the City of San Diego. We ask for a $600 refundable damage deposit to reserve your dates and remaining amount due before check-in.
We currently offer a 10% 2 week discount and a 20% monthly discount. We have booked with insurance companies if you are local with a house vacate emergency.
Cancellation Policy: Flexible! 100% refund up to 2 weeks notice. $100 charge if within 2 weeks of check in. No same day cancellations. Please just give us as much notice as possible. Thank You!
If you would like we can arrange a video call over FaceTime or Zoom when I'm at the house. We can always talk on the phone so I can answer any questions you may have but it's not required.
